Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
CLAGrowth LLC, operating as CLA Growth ("CLA Growth", "we", "us"), builds and manages growth systems for roofing and home-service contractors. That includes websites, CRM setup, automated lead response, text and email follow-up, and review generation.
You can reach us at [email protected] or 213-392-6173.
This policy covers information we collect about you as a prospective or current CLA Growth client. If you are a homeowner who contacted one of our clients through a website we built, that contractor controls your information and their own privacy policy applies. We process it on their behalf as a service provider.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details you submit through a form, our Revenue Leak Audit, or a booking calendar: name, company name, phone number, and email address.
- Business information you enter into the Revenue Leak Audit, such as your average job value, missed call volume, lead volume, and close rate.
- Anything you tell us on a call, over text, or by email.
- Billing details if you become a client. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our systems.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser type, operating system, and screen size.
- IP address and approximate location derived from it.
- Pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, and how you arrived.
- Whether you opened or clicked an email we sent.
Information from other sources
- Publicly available business information, such as your company website, Google Business Profile, or listed phone number, which we may review before a call.
- Advertising platforms, if you reached us through a paid ad.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to you, answer questions, and schedule calls.
- To generate and send your Revenue Leak Audit results.
- To follow up about services you asked about, by phone, text, or email.
- To deliver, support, and improve services you have purchased.
- To send invoices and process payments.
- To measure how our site and campaigns perform.
- To meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Text messaging and SMS
This section describes our SMS program. It also serves as our SMS terms.
Consent
By providing your mobile number on one of our forms and checking the consent box, you give express written consent to receive text messages from CLA Growth at that number, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use our services, or simply call us, without agreeing to receive texts.
What we send
- Your Revenue Leak Audit results and related follow-up.
- Appointment confirmations and reminders.
- Replies to questions you have asked.
- Occasional information about our services.
Frequency, cost, and carriers
Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at [email protected] or 213-392-6173. You may also reply START to resume messages after opting out.
Sharing
Mobile numbers collected for SMS purposes, and consent to receive text messages, are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Numbers are shared only with the messaging platforms that deliver our messages, and only so those messages can be sent.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. Depending on which tools are active, that may include analytics and advertising pixels.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do. Some browsers also offer a Global Privacy Control setting, which we honor as an opt-out signal where required.
6. How we share information
We share information only with parties that help us run the business, and only as far as they need it:
- CRM and messaging platforms that store contacts and deliver our texts and emails.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the website.
- Analytics and advertising platforms, where enabled.
- Payment processors, for billing.
- Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers.
- Authorities, where the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.
- A buyer or successor, if the business is sold or merged. We will notify you if that happens.
7. How long we keep it
We keep contact and inquiry records for as long as we have an active relationship and for a reasonable period afterward, so we can answer questions and meet legal and tax obligations. Records of SMS consent and opt-outs are kept for as long as required by applicable telecom rules. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those obligations.
8. Your rights and choices
- Access. Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Correction. Ask us to fix anything inaccurate.
- Deletion. Ask us to delete your information.
- Opt out of texts. Reply STOP to any message.
- Opt out of email. Use the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Opt out of calls. Tell us on any call and we will note it.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, and we will not treat you differently for making a request.
9. California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of sale or sharing, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by that law. To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before we can act on it.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls on the platforms we use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will tell you directly.
